MAXIMIZE YOUR RESULTS

Drink at least 2 liters of water 24 hours before and after each session.

Do not eat 2 hours before and 1 hour after treatment.

Do not drink ANY alcohol on the day of your treatment and 48 hours post treatment.

Follow a low carb, low fat, low sugar diet.
